1. Digital Products and Online Courses
We stand behind the quality of our educational content. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our online courses under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date.
- Course Progress: To qualify for a full refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course material or downloaded the core supplementary resources and certificates.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain digital assets are strictly non-refundable once accessed, streamed, or downloaded. These include:
- Issued official digital certificates.
- Downloadable software, source code, or standalone digital toolkits.
- PDF workbooks, eBooks, and study guides.
- One-on-one coaching or live tutoring sessions that have already taken place.
2. Physical Goods and Materials (If Applicable)
If Brain Academy ships physical merchandise (such as printed textbooks, study kits, or branded gear), our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a physical return, your item must be:
- Unused, unmarked, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by your original receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return a physical item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total.

Only regular-priced courses and products may be refunded. Any items or courses purchased during a clearance event, flash sale, or using a specific non-refundable promotional coupon are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
