5. Cancellations and Refunds

• 5.1 We offer a standard 14-day money-back guarantee on our digital courses. To qualify for a refund, you must submit a written request to our support team within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content or claimed an official certificate.
• 5.2 Certain digital products, including immediately downloadable PDFs, software toolkits, or custom one-on-one coaching hours that have already taken place, are explicitly exempt from refunds once accessed.

6. User-Generated Content and Conduct
